With no prior intimation or updates on the schedules of such critical infrastructure work, the lack of proactive measures caused significant discomfort and confusion among residents. Schoolchildren missed their transport, office goers were late, and school vans were forced to navigate alternative routes amidst the chaos.

Timely communication is vital to ensure that residents are prepared for disruptions.
